| One of the things I love about photography is that there are opportunities everywhere. Take this shot. You can't tell, but just to the right of the frame are a bunch of beer cans and a rusted bicycle, and the whole scene is a flooded pullout on the road to Eaglecrest which people have long used as a dump. I didn't know that when I pulled off the road, and was kind of disturbed by it all, but then the pattern of rain on the surface of the water caught my eye. Sometimes being easily distracted is good. |
